Andover On-Lines new Broadband Wireless Service

Andover On-Line in conjunction with Testvalley Telecom are now able to provide high speed Wireless Internet connectivity to Business’s and Users in the Andover area.

Andover On-Line has revolutionised the way users connect to the Internet with their wireless broadband service. It does not use outdated phone line technology like ADSL, nor is it an adapted digital TV service like Cable Modems. This enables Andover On-Line to offer a totally unique service; dedicated purely to Internet connectivity.

Wireless leased lines of speeds up to 2Mb per second are available now in the centre of Andover Town, this point to point service is dedicated to Customers who are looking for an alternative to existing wired solutions, this service offers advantages of fast installation, significant cost savings plus much more flexibility and scalability.

Peter Watt managing Director of Andover On-Line said: ‘We can now offer a significant cost saving to Business’s against conventional leased lines and fibre optics, at the moment this service is limited to the Town Centre however in the very near future we will be rolling out our service to surrounding villages and Industrial Estates which cannot get any Broadband offering. This will also enable us to supply Homes outside the reach of ADSL/Broadband with permanent on, fast Internet Connections, we are pleased to be able to work in conjunction with Government Policy to enable a Broadband UK by supporting Rural Areas to obtain fast Broadband connectivity.’

With over 5 years as an Independant ISP all Andover On-Lines equipment is located in the Town and linked to Telehouse in the City, offering all Internet services  from web hosting to complex bespoke mail services, we are glad to announce that now Andover On-Line can provide this new service to both Old and New Customers and look forward to extending the Internet as a Broadband service  to Rural Britain.
